Pottstown Senior Center to Expand Programs to Ursinus

COLLEGEVILLE PA – Adults age 50 and older will gain easier access to activities offered by the Pottstown-based TriCounty Active Adult Center, Executive Director Brian Parkes reported, thanks to a new partnership with Ursinus College. The college has agreed to allow the center to provide programming on its campus, possibly beginning in March, he reported.

The Collegeville, Trappe, Limerick, Royersford, and Schwenksville areas are within close proximity to the college, making attendance there possible. The area is not currently served by other adult programs, Parkes noted in the center’s January-February 2022 newsletter.

Parkes advised seniors to “keep an eye” on the center’s website, here, for information about and schedules for future activities at the college.
