
Bucks County Police Look to Arrest Pottstown Man
SPRINGFIELD PA – A 23-year-old Pottstown man, accused of attempting to obtain a firearm he is not legally allowed to possess, is being sought on an arrest warrant issued to the Springfield Township, Bucks County, Police Department, its CrimeWatch website reported Thursday (Jan. 27, 2022).
Police have lodged three felony and one misdemeanor count against Tyrell Maurice Conquest for what they alleged was “his involvement in attempting to obtain a firearm” from a local firearms dealer, and then later entering “into an agreement with another person to have the firearm purchased for him,” according to the web report.
The individual who attempted to make the purchase, whom police did not identify, has been arrested, they said.
Conquest faces two counts of making materially false written statements in the attempted purchase, delivery , or transfer of a firearm, and single counts of conspiracy, and criminal attempt to possess a prohibited firearm. His last known location, police said, was in the Pottstown area.
