Update: Royersford Woman Arrested on Warrant

POTTSTOWN PA – Court records show a Feb. 23 (2022; Wednesday) preliminary hearing is scheduled for a 42-year-old Royersford woman arrested this week by the Pottstown Police Department, under warrants obtained by Lower Pottsgrove police and other law enforcement agencies in Chester and Montgomery counties.

The arrest of Joyce Kuhn was reported Wednesday (Feb. 9) by the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department on its CrimeWatch website. It said Kuhn “was transported to Chester County first” to address a warrant there, and then was picked up by Lower Pottsgrove officers for a return to Montgomery County “to address warrants in this area.”

Kuhn was released on unsecured bail in the amount of $5,000 set by Magisterial District Justice Edward C. Kropp Sr. She was wanted on a warrant issued by Kropp for failing to appear for a court hearing on charges that resulted from a vehicular accident which occurred during August 2021.
