Biomedical Company Leader Joins Tower Health Board
WEST READING PA – Peter Molinaro, chairman and CEO of Wyomissing PA-based Adhezion Biomedical LLC, will join the Tower Health Board of Directors for a three-year term beginning March 1 (2022; Tuesday), the health system announced.
Molinaro has 40 years’ experience in the medical device and health care industries, has served in many other health care leadership roles, and is highly engaged in other local charitable organizations, Tower Health said.
He currently serves on boards or in advisory roles for Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Conductive Technology Inc., Drummond Scientific Inc., Alvernia University, O’Pake Institute Board of Advisors and Innovation Committee, Albright University Scientific Research Institute Advisory Board, and the Penn State University Leadership Advisory Council.
Molinaro received his master’s degree in biological science, and his bachelor’s degree in Zoology & Pre-Medicine, from Marshall University.
“As a longtime resident of Berks County, I have seen firsthand the positive impact Tower Health and its team have had upon the patients they serve,” Molinaro said. “It is an honor to serve as a member of the Tower Health Board of Directors.”
Tower Health owns and operates Pottstown and Phoenixville hospitals, and family and specialty practices and urgent care centers across western Montgomery and eastern Berks counties.
