Investigation Clears Casino Patron Accused of Harassment

KING OF PRUSSIA PA – A male patron at the Valley Forge Casino Resort, visiting there Sunday (April 10, 2022) at 2:42 a.m., was accused by a woman of engaging in harassment by physical contact, but after an investigation Pennsylvania State Police said they deemed the claim as “unfounded.”

The 36-year-old Philadelphia woman accused the man, who was not identified, with “inappropriately” touching her on her shoulder “after a verbal dispute at a table game.” Troopers from the Troop K Barracks in Skippack, working at the First Avenue casino on behalf of the state Bureau of Gaming Enforcement, responded to the scene.

Their investigation, troopers reported, involved both witness interviews and a review of video camera surveillance footage. According to their report, they determined “no inappropriate touching occurred.” No charges were filed, and the case was subsequently closed.
