Harassment, Trespass Alleged in Three Casino Incidents

SKIPPACK PA – A Philadelphia man faces three citations issued by Pennsylvania State Police from the Troop K Barracks in Skippack following an incident that occurred outside the Valley Forge Casino Resort, according to a report distributed Monday (April 18, 2022).

The same report also indicated two other individuals, in separate and unrelated incidents, were cited for criminal trespass on the casino property at First Avenue in King of Prussia.

Harassment, other charges alleged

Troopers who were on duty at the casino on behalf of the state Bureau of Gaming Enforcement said they issued three non-traffic citations following an April 12 (Tuesday) incident at 10 p.m. involving a 35-year-old Philadelphia man. They alleged he attempted or threatened physical contact with an unidentified victim outside the casino building.

The Philadelphia man “spit in the face of the victim,” troopers claimed. No reason for the apparent dispute was reported.

He was cited for harassment involving physical contact, simple criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct by making unreasonable noise. All were filed in the Bridgeport courtroom of Magisterial District Justice James Gallagher.

Criminal trespass alleged

On April 14 (Thursday) at 11:11 a.m., troopers said they cited a 42-year-old Norristown man for criminal trespass after he was found on the casino floor. He had earlier been permanently evicted from the establishment.

On April 10 (Sunday) at 3:15 p.m. troopers also issued a criminal trespass citation to a 30-year-old Philadelphia man who earlier had excluded himself from visiting the casino. He was escorted from the premises.
