Redner’s to Open New Fresh Market in Delaware
READING PA – Redner’s Markets Inc. – which operates stores locally in Lower Pottsgrove, Boyertown, Douglassville, Phoenixville, and Collegeville – is preparing to open its newest store, a Redner’s Fresh Market, on Nov. 17 (2022; Thursday) at 8 a.m. with an official ribbon-cutting in Lewes DE.
The company said its 49,000-square-foot building, constructed by SMJ Contracting of Douglassville, is located at 24120 Zinfandel Lane within The Vineyards shopping center in Lewes. Employees and work crews are preparing for a Nov. 16 (Wednesday) public open house from 5-7 p.m. that will precede the opening.
“Planning this store and all it has to offer has been a labor of love for our entire team, and we can’t wait to cut the ribbon,” company President and CEO Ryan Redner said. “Through the pandemic, we experienced some delays that were not the norm, but through it all have kept plugging away. Finally, we are ready to open our doors.”
The Lewes location represents Redner’s fourth Fresh Market. The store concept focuses on using full-service departments such as bakery, deli, service meat and seafood, produce, and ready-to-go chef-prepared meals. It also offers a greater variety of fresh cut produce. Featured products available daily include fresh popcorn, infused water, sushi, marinated seafood and steaks, and pressed juice.
A Redner’s Fresh Market closest to western Montgomery County is at 2850 Audubon Village Dr., Audubon.
For added convenience, the store provides self-checkout registers, online shopping and curbside pickup services, and DoorDash and Shipt delivery options. A Redner’s fuel kiosk is located within the shopping center parking lot.
