Guard Associations Schedule January Job Fair

FORT INDIANTOWN GAP PA – A virtual employment fair free to anyone, whether military or civilian, interested in obtaining a job is planned for Jan. 18 (2023; Wednesday) online from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. by the Pennsylvania National Guard Associations. About 20 employers, the majority of them non-military, have already agreed to participate with positions waiting to be filled.

Job seekers can register online, here, in advance to be candidates and talk with employers. Employers interested in interviewing applicants and who are not yet part of the job fair should send an e-mail to the guard associations at pngas@pngas.org.

The organization reports that its jobs board currently offers employment for more than 16,000 openings. Of them, the jobs board map shows 74 openings currently are available at sites in King of Prussia, Skippack, Phoenixville, Limerick, Pottstown, and Birdsboro. The jobs board and all guard association programs are funded by corporate, foundation, and citizen donations, and do not rely on taxpayer funds.
