Lower Frederick Appoints Wager as Township Manager
LOWER FREDERICK PA – Jason Wager, who has worked in administrative positions with Pennsylvania township governments for more than a decade, on Tuesday (Dec. 6, 2022) was appointed as manager of Lower Frederick Township by its Board of Supervisors.
Wager succeeds former Interim Manager Jackie Tallon, and former Manager Mark Hudson. Hudson was selected in July as manager of Lower Saucon Township, Bucks County.
Wager was welcomed by members of the Lower Frederick board, who also voted to appoint him as township secretary, assistant zoning officer, right-to-know officer, and pension plan administrator.
He most recently served as full-time manager, and before that as interim manager, for more than three years in Springfield Township, Bucks County. Earlier, also in Springfield Township, he worked for more than four years as its township secretary and treasurer. Wager also spent more than three years as manager of Union Township in Berks County.
