
Troopers Arrest DE Man After Casino Confrontation
KING OF PRUSSIA PA – A 37-year-old New Castle DE man has been arrested on several charges involving disruptive behavior while he was seated earlier this month at a blackjack table on the gaming floor of the Valley Forge Casino Resort, Pennsylvania State Police reported Sunday (Jan. 29, 2023).
The Delaware man was “being disruptive and uncooperative” with security personnel Jan. 8 (Sunday) at about 8:13 p.m. inside the casino, 1160 First Ave., troopers from the Skippack Barracks said after responding to the scene. Troopers alleged he was “cursing and refusing to leave” while positioned at the table, and claimed his behavior continued following their arrival.
Although he “was advised he was going to be charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and criminal trespassing,” he still “refused to leave or provide his name,” troopers reported. He was the placed under arrest.
Troopers were on duty in the casino on behalf of the state Bureau of Gaming Enforcement. Their report did not include any mention of resolution or disposition of the case.
