Green Lane Athlete Scores Two Water Polo Goals
LA VERNE CA – Green Lane resident and Upper Perkiomen High graduate Darragh Martin scored two goals on three shots Saturday (March 4, 2023) for the Penn State-Behrend women’s water polo team as they battled opponents from Whittier College and the University of La Verne during the Claremont Convergence Tournament.
Despite scoring eight goals in each match Penn State Behrend said it lost both, to Whittier 16-8, and to La Verne 17-8.
The Penn State Lions return to action Monday (March 6) at Occidental College, with a 10 p.m. match time.
