Pothole Repair Crews Active Next Week on U.S. 422
KING OF PRUSSIA PA – Pothole repair crews will work during the coming week on both sides of U.S. Route 422 in West and Lower Pottsgrove, Limerick, Upper and Lower Providence, and West Norriton townships, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s King of Prussia office reported.
The work, to be conducted Monday through Friday (March 13-17, 2023) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, is part of an effort to fix all or portions of more than 40 state-owned highways in the five-day period, it added. All activities depend on acceptable weather.
Drivers can expect crews to restrict travel lanes on the highway to patch areas of deteriorating pavement. Be alert to their moving operations, PennDOT advised drivers. It said they should anticipate intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns near work crews. Drivers also are reminded to slow down in the work zone, and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and workers safe.
