PennDOT Local Pothole Patrols Continue Next Week

KING OF PRUSSIA PA – Pothole patching crews working on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will be found next week (March 20-24, 2023) on state-owned highways in Lower and West Pottsgrove, Limerick, Upper Providence, and Warwick townships, and Trappe borough, its District 6 office in King of Prussia reported.

Work locations include:

  • U.S. 422 in portions of Upper Providence, Limerick, Lower Pottsgrove and West Pottsgrove;
  • Route 113 in Trappe;
  • Black Rock Road in Upper Providence; and
  • Route 23 in Warwick Township.

Crews will restrict travel lanes as they patch areas of deteriorating pavement. Drivers are advised to be alert of the moving operations, and to expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns. when driving near work crews. They are also being reminded to slow down in work zones and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and workers safe.

The effort is part of work being performed on more than 40 highways in the Philadelphia region. All activities depend on acceptable weather.
