No Evil Dragons Here! They’ve Got Teachable Traits

DRAGON READS DRAGON TALE – It’s no coincidence that Lower Pottsgrove Township firefighter and author Steve Dragon was found reading tales about dragons Saturday afternoon (March 18, 2023) in the children’s section at the Pottstown Regional Public Library on East High Street. He’s published two such stories for youngsters, accompanied by illustrations from local artist Catherine McMahon. Both were on hand at the library to entertain an appreciative group of children and parents, and later after the reading they also learned from McMahon on how to draw their own dragons. Earlier Saturday, the pair was interviewed on WFMZ-TV about their work and the books’ success. The stories have won good reviews on Amazon for their content about caring for one another, and standing up to bullies.
