Dozens of firefighters and other first responders that included canine units gathered early Saturday and successfully located a woman who had wandered from her Lower Salford home.
Perkiomen Township Fire Company volunteers were among those responding Friday to a large spill of home heating oil that occurred around 8 a.m. near Montgomery County’s Central Perkiomen Valley Park in Schwenksville.

A driver trapped inside a vehicle that crashed Thursday night on Township Line Road in Perkiomen Township was freed by two responding companies using saws to clear debris and cutting tools to clear wreckage.
