The acquisition of Premier Urgent Care centers in Oaks, Limerick, Douglassville, and elsewhere by Tower Health was completed Saturday, the company said. All are being renamed as Tower Health Urgent Care.

Concrete patching of westbound U.S. Route 422 continues overnight next Friday and Saturday between Route 363 and Oaks. Expect lane restrictions there.
