The owners of the Steel City Coffeehouse and Brewery on Bridge Street in Phoenixville are taking on another challenge. They'll soon open the Mont Clare Deli & Market, about a mile north on Route 29.

Fishers in Montgomery, Berks, and Chester counties should find plenty of angling to keep them busy before the first snow falls. The state Fish and Boat Commission is almost done with fall and winter trout stocking.
