A crash between a passenger car and a utility truck Friday afternoon in Sanatoga immobilized both vehicles and required a portion of westbound East High Street to be closed at North Pleasant View Road. Both drivers declined medical treatment.

A Reading resident who was charged with alleged retail theft following a March incident at the Home Depot store, and for whom a warrant was issued during early April, has been arrested by Lower Pottsgrove police.
A fire call on the 300 block of Steeplechase Lane at the Spring Valley Farms housing community in Lower Pottsgrove brought Sanatoga and Ringing Hill volunteers to the scene. It was quickly extinguished.
