The second annual Open Doors event, in which Pottstown welcomes back its students with several fun activities for young and old alike, is scheduled for Sept. 10 in the downtown shopping district and at Pottstown High School.
A 5-kilometer run and 3-K walk, both intended to raise money that benefits the Montgomery County Domestic Violence Program, will be held at the Central Campus of the county community college on Sept. 25.

A June program at Warwick County Park, south of Pottstown, will introduce visitors to the 75-year-old Horseshoe Trail.
