BOYERTOWN PA – ClimeCo LLC, a Boyertown company that provides specialized environmental consulting and commodity services to energy-intensive industries, said Wednesday (May 10, 2023) it was among companies selected by Inc. magazine for its “Best Workplaces for 2023” list.
The list is scheduled to be published May 17 (Wednesday) in the periodical’s May-June print edition.
To earn the rating, ClimeCo employees were asked to respond to a survey conducted separately for the magazine. It asked about the company’s management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. Its benefits were also audited.
“We are proud that positive employee feedback was an important factor in this process,” ClimeCo Human Resources Director Michelle McDevitt said. ClimeCo’s Linked-In page reports it employs a total of 91 people.
