COLLEGEVILLE PA – Providence Place Senior Living at the Collegeville Inn is among a group of senior citizen residences nationwide labeled in a U.S. News & World Report guide as “best assisted living” facilities for 2023-2024, the property’s owners said Friday (May 5, 2023).
The Collegeville operation at 4000 Ridge Pike is one of seven operated by Hummelstown PA-based Providence Place. Three of the corporation’s other locations, in Chambersburg, Pottsville, and Dover PA, also received favorable reviews from the magazine in different categories, it said.
The guide annually rates senior living communities as a means of assisting readers as they search for facilities that best fit their needs or those of family members. It includes results of resident surveys, and comments and testimonials from residents and families.
Nearly 4,000 communities were rated by the guide on factors like safety, care, community management and staff, value, services, and amenities.
