Pennsylvania American Water said Monday it would distribute eight grants, each valued between $3,000 and $5,000, to help area programs that reflect inclusion, diversity, and equity. Two winners are located in Phoenixville and Norristown.
A portion of Sprogel's Run, which courses through Upper and Lower Pottsgrove on its way south to empty into the Schuylkill River, will be cleaned Saturday in a community project assisted by Comcast employees.
