The EMS Division of the Royersford Fire Department, and Alvernia University in Reading, have agreed to allow its nursing students to ride along in Friendship ambulances and "experience pre-hospital medicine" first-hand.
One individual sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene of a two-vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday during mid-afternoon at East High Street and Sanatoga Road in Lower Pottsgrove.
