Chester County commissioners on Thursday said they would provide $1.5 million in funding for a Phoenixville apartment project to help ensure affordable future housing for borough seniors.
A New York-based financial services referrer ranked best qualities of housing markets in Pennsylvania. Audubon finished third in home affordability. Harleysville ranked eighth overall as a healthy housing market.
