Members of the Western Region unit of Montgomery County's Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams will receive new ballistic vests during 2019, thanks to a Tuesday donation by Exelon Corp.
The special weapons and tactics law enforcement unit that helps protect the borough of Collegeville and the townships of Lower Frederick, Upper Providence, and Limerick received a $60,000 donation.
