The college will use its money to develop a reliable system that lets all community colleges determine how to give students credit for previous life and work experiences, and get them back to work sooner.
The competition, held last month in Gettysburg, involved students from across the state.
The performances follow a West African story-telling tradition in which one actress plays many roles and ages.
