Part of the intersection of Route 663, also known as Charlotte Street, and Swamp Pike in New Hanover Township had been closed during recent weeks for improvements. It was re-opened Friday to traffic.
The bridge over Swamp Creek on New Hanover Square Road has been closed for more than three years, due to structural damage. It was replaced, and the road re-opened to traffic Friday by PennDOT.
