A grand jury in Philadelphia has indicted the owners of a Perkiomenville-based business for allegedly “conspiring to defraud the IRS” and other charges, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Monday.
The company’s newest franchise location opens Tuesday at 1461 N. Gravel Pike. It is owned by local residents Brian and Kristin Penna, will be managed by Greg Sheton, and expects to employ 15 people.
