Firefighters from Pottstown and a lengthy list of other area companies responded early Tuesday morning to a fully involved house fire in the area of Hale Street and Jefferson Avenue. They remained on the scene as of 7:05 a.m.
With 11 photos. A driver lost control Tuesday morning of a dump truck while headed east on U.S. Route 422 in Lower Pottsgrove. It went flying off the side of a bridge and down a steep ravine. The driver survived. Part of the highway was closed.

Occupants of a Tyler Court, Lower Pottsgrove home were safely evacuated Monday before firefighters from Sanatoga, Ringing Hill, Pottstown, Limerick, and New Hanover companies arrived to put out visible flames and abundant smoke.
