A joint investigation by the Pottstown Police Department and Montgomery County Detectives is under way into the Sunday shooting death, now ruled a homicide, of a 22-year-old borough man.
A tense, day-long gun drama Thursday between law enforcers and a lone gunman at a Logan Steet, Pottstown, apartment ended in the evening darkness with the wounded suspect in custody and hospitalized. None of the officers and first responders, and no other members of the public, were injured.
