State Sen. Tracy Pennycuick has joined the advisory council of the Southeastern Veterans’ Center in Spring City. She and other council members advise the state on center management, operations, and facilities issues.
New “Walk-In Wednesdays” interviews from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekly make it easy to land a job at the Southeastern Veterans’ Center in Spring City, the state Department of Military and Veterans Affairs says.
Sunday begins a week of honor, thankfulness, and activities to observe Veterans Homes Week in Pennsylvania. Residents, families, and staff at the veterans' center in Spring City are participating.
A Collegeville resident, who state officials say has offered "outstanding service" to make life better for those at the Southeastern Veterans’ Center, has been named to the center's Hall of Fame.
