Univest Financial, the corporate owner of Univest Bank, continues to buy insurance agencies. It closed on the acquisition of its ninth and latest, it announced Wednesday, in Lancaster County.
The banking company, which operates five branches in western Montgomery County, said in-person transactions across its network of more than 50 offices declined 21 percent in the last year.
