Pottsgrove Middle School was evacuated Friday afternoon after district officials received a bomb threat. Its students were transported by buses to the high school, and remained there the rest of the day. An investigation is under way.
Lower and Upper Pottsgrove police, as well as fire company volunteers from both townships, responded Monday night to a two-truck collision at North Charlotte Street and Keim Road. Occupants incurred minor injuries, officers said.
One person was injured but declined treatment Tuesday after a two-vehicle accident that occurred at about 11:10 a.m. at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and North State Street in Upper Pottsgrove.

A 14-year-old girl was struck by a vehicle Friday at around 8:45 a.m. as she crossed Gilbertsville Road in Upper Pottsgrove. She was conscious and talking when township police arrived to investigate.
First responders arrived Wednesday in the 1300 block of North Charlotte, Upper Pottsgrove, to assist with a two-vehicle accident that occurred after 1:20 p.m. just north of the nearby CVS Pharmacy.
A Pottsgrove school van that was empty of children and a private car collided Friday shortly after 8:45 a.m. at the corner of Willow and Diamond streets in Upper Pottsgrove. No one was injured.
