LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – An arrest warrant was issued Friday (April 21, 2023) to Lower Pottsgrove police, who are looking for a 49-year-old Leesport PA man whom they allege was involved in a road rage incident.
The township police department claims Daniel Mullin was pulled over by officers March 31 (Friday) on U.S. Route 422 near Evergreen Road, and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. They also reported he had become “involved in a road rage incident where he displayed a weapon,” but they did not indicate whether the incident occurred before or after his vehicle was stopped.
Mullin was charged with making terroristic threats, possessing instruments of crime, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment using lewd or threatening language, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, and carrying an open container of alcohol.
He apparently failed to appear for an April 21(Friday) preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Justice Edward C. Kropp Sr. in his Pottstown courtroom. Kropp issued the warrant the same day. Mullin is described as a white male, 6 feet in height, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. The department’s Crimewatch website has labeled him as a “most wanted” individual.
Anyone with information on Mullin’s whereabout is asked to call the police department at 610-326-1508. Tips also can be submitted anonymously to the department from its “Submit A Tip” page.
